And thus spread the meme "the cake is a lie!" *spoiler* In Portal 2 while you are not offered cake there are a couple easter eggs in the game that make reference to the original cake offering. I've heard of a few but the only one I've seen is the "GLaDOS Emergency Shut Down and Cake Dispensary" sign. The sign is on a door which actually turns out to be fake.
