I’m proud to introduce the newest segment on Polygamerous, *Spoiler*. The idea behind *Spoiler* is that there are a lot of games that come out that not everyone gets a chance to play. With *Spoiler* you’ll no longer feel left out of a conversation just because you can’t buy every game that comes out.
If you have a game you’d like me to spoil leave a comment, contact me on twitter(@NinthBatter), or send a e-mail to info@polygamerous.com.
(And just so no one gets any funny ideas, this is not a joke, prank, or shenanigan. For a comedian April 1st is a day about celebrating the lives we get to live, not making pranks at another’s expense.)

Hey Jack it’s Cheg here, yeah I need help. When an older co-worker (we’ll say early 60’s, all I know for sure is that i’m told repeatedly his underwear is older than I am) starts calling you out for not knowing about a video game, it’s time to seek help. I’ve never played Portals, so what is it and is it worth me playing. His latest rant is over Portals 2, this is what lead to the discovery that i don’t know Portals. This cheg moment came about over one simple question. In Portals 2, Does GLaDOS offer cake?
Well Cheg first off the games are called Portal and Portal 2, no “s”. In the original Portal GLaDOS offered you cake to try to get you from not killing her. You’ll discover and easter egg in the game that will inform you that there is no cake. And thus spread the meme “the cake is a lie!”
*spoiler*
In Portal 2 while you are not offered cake there are a couple easter eggs in the game that make reference to the original cake offering. I’ve heard of a few but the only one I’ve seen is the “GLaDOS Emergency Shut Down and Cake Dispensary” sign. The sign is on a door which actually turns out to be fake. But like I said, no actual cake offering like in the first game.
