Spec Ops: The Line has also been revealed at the VGAs through a teaser. There’s a shakycam version of the clip on the YouTube showing this to be the modern shooter set in Dubai teased by 2K Games, but the game features combat against some form of monsters. Update: A direct-feed version of the clip is now on GameTrailers.
Star Wars: The Force Unleashed 2 was revealed on the Spike TV awards via another gameplay-free teaser trailer. Presumably more info is to come. Kotaku reports getting a tip saying the Star Wars action sequel is due next year. The teaser clip is on GameTrailers.com.
Tron Evolution is announced through a teaser trailer at the Spike VGAs. The clip is on the YouTube teasing a holiday 2010 release and Propaganda games as the developer. Update: A better clip is now posted on Game Trailers.
Batman Arkham Asylum 2 has been announced. The official Mac-compatible release of Dragon Age: Origins will arrive as a digital download next Monday, December 21, original developer BioWare and “portability technologies” studio TransGaming announced today.

Temporarily expanding the previous seven-day free trial, developer Funcom is offering an “unlimited free trial” for its PC MMO Age of Conan, which the company is now billing as “the most savage, sexy and brutal MMO ever created.”

The first downloadable add-on for zombie shooter Left 4 Dead 2 is slated to hit PC and Xbox 360 in the “early spring,” developer Valve announced today.
A crossover of undead proportions, “The Passing” sees the original Left 4 Dead survivors meet up with those of Left 4 Dead 2, with players taking control of the L4D2 crew.
The download will include a new campaign, set in a rural Georgia town after the events of L4D2’s Dead Center campaign, along with a new firearm, a new melee weapon, a new type of “uncommon common” foe, and new arenas for Survival, Versus and Scavenge plus “a new co-operative challenge mode of play.”

The new system will let users put duplicate items to good use, destroying them to get raw materials for crafting. Blueprints will be either provided or found, and give players the ability to create weapons from the materials.
